Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes thing come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify Esthetics By Kenn as soon as possible.
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. Thank you!
